Tom Scally has a highly diverse range of marketing experience, across numerous industries spanning FMCG’s, sports, hospitality, events, alcohol & destination tourism. With the benefit of acting in both client-side and agency-side operations, his perspicacity of digital marketing activity has developed immeasurably within his time in the field.
His notable achievements of obtaining an internship within an FMCG firm, then transpiring within 12 months to a consultancy contract and CEO shadowship opportunity within a global MNC with turnover exceeding €18bn are testament to his commitment to driving innovation and ongoing learning within the marketing discipline, and ultimately, his breadth of experience in consulting for and scaling brands across over 80 countries.
With ongoing study and aged 19, Tom was appointed Marketing Director of an international sporting event – overseeing all marketing activity and surpassing KPI targets throughout the 1-year post.
He then ventured into provision of digital marketing services across global hotel chains including Radisson Hotel Group, Marriott Bonvoy, IHG & numerous independent brands.
