Tom Scally is a marketing strategist and consultant with a track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes across multiple industries and markets.

He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Marketing and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business and Management Research from the University of Strathclyde, where he was also onboarded to consult on enhancing digital marketing strategies for postgraduate recruitment.

Selected at 16 to take part in a learning experience with NASA in Houston, Texas, Tom has built a career defined by ambition, curiosity, and execution. He has consulted from startup to multinational level, including a business with global turnover exceeding €30 billion where he played a key role in launching an FMCG brand in over 70 countries. He is also an accomplished marketing content producer, having delivered campaigns for global hospitality leaders including Radisson, Marriott Bonvoy, and IHG.

In 2022, Tom became the youngest individual to achieve Chartered Marketer status, an accolade awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in recognition of exceptional qualifications and professional experience.

As a fractional VP of Marketing for a US-based home services SaaS platform, he contributed to significant growth – increasing revenue by 20% while reducing marketing spend by over $1m annually.

Tom is the founder of DUBHUB, a UAE-based company built on an insight-led, execution-first operating model that combines data modelling with bespoke technology to streamline business and marketing strategy. He is now building the next chapter of DUBHUB with an expanded focus on INFRA, applying the same approach to larger-scale, long-horizon initiatives.
